Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment and participation in courses offered by CADDream Academy (Jaipur). By enrolling in any course or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, booking a demo class, paying course fees, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrollment.

2. Enrollment & Admission

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed course fee (or advance payment as applicable)
• A seat in a specific batch is reserved only after payment — verbal or WhatsApp confirmation does not reserve a seat
• CADDream Academy reserves the right to refuse admission at its sole discretion
• Batch timings are subject to availability and may be adjusted based on minimum enrollment requirements
• If a batch does not achieve minimum enrollment, students will be offered an alternative batch or a full refund

3. Fees & Payment

• Course fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule at the time of enrollment
• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of course materials and certificate fees unless otherwise stated
• GST is applicable on all fee amounts as per current government regulations
• EMI arrangements, if agreed upon, must be honoured as per the agreed schedule. Default in EMI payments may result in suspension from classes
• Fee amounts are subject to change without prior notice for future batches. Enrolled students' agreed fee will not change mid-course

4. Attendance & Course Completion

• A minimum attendance of 75% is required to be eligible for the final assessment and certificate
• Students who miss sessions may request makeup classes subject to trainer availability and an additional fee
• CADDream Academy is not responsible for missed sessions due to personal circumstances, medical emergencies, or other reasons beyond our control
• Course completion timelines are indicative. Actual duration may vary based on batch progress and public holidays

5. Certification

• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course and minimum attendance requirements
• Certificates are issued in the student's name as provided at enrollment. Name corrections post-issuance may incur a reissue fee
• CADDream Academy certificates are institute-issued. While accepted by many employers, we do not guarantee acceptance by any specific employer or institution

6. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards trainers, staff, and fellow students at all times
• Disruption of classes, misuse of lab equipment, or damage to institute property may result in immediate suspension or expulsion without refund
• Mobile phones must be on silent during class hours unless being used for course-related purposes
• Recording of classes (video or audio) without prior written permission from CADDream Academy is strictly prohibited

7. Limitation of Liability

• CADDream Academy provides training and placement support but does not guarantee employment or a specific salary outcome
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability to any student shall not exceed the amount of course fees paid by that student

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, handouts, recorded content (if any), and website content are the intellectual property of CADDream Academy. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

9. Changes to These Terms

CADDream Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
