Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all courses offered by CADDream Academy (Jaipur). We encourage all prospective students to attend our FREE demo class before making any payment to ensure the course is the right fit.
1. General Refund Policy
CADDream Academy has a time-based refund policy for course fees. Refund eligibility depends on when you request the refund relative to your course start date. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email to be considered.
2. Refund Schedule

* Admin fees and GST paid are non-refundable in all cases. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Registration fees and administration charges
- GST paid on course fees
- Fees for course materials already provided (printed workbooks, USB drives, etc.)
- Certificate reissue fees
- Fees for completed makeup or supplementary sessions
4. Batch Cancellation by CADDream Academy
If CADDream Academy cancels a batch for any reason (insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, unforeseen circumstances), students will be offered:
- Option 1: Transfer to the next available batch at no extra charge
- Option 2: Full 100% refund of fees paid, processed within 10 working days
We will notify affected students via phone and WhatsApp as soon as a batch cancellation decision is made.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
- Send a WhatsApp message to 9251218616 with your name, enrolled course, payment date, and reason for cancellation
- OR visit us in person at Bapu Nagar, Jaipur with your payment receipt
- Refund requests are acknowledged within 24 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within the timelines mentioned in the schedule above
